Abstract :
Information about soccer schools in Payakumbuh city is only known by
certain parties. This information is still difficult to obtain by prospective students
who want to join a soccer school. So that the prospective students find it difficult
to choose a soccer school that suits their wishes. Location based service (LBS)
is a service that utilizes location features owned by smartphones. By using
Augmented Reality LBS users will get the information needed in the Augmented
Reality view. The application will display POI (Point Of Interest) in this case the
information of the football school.
To calculate the closest distance between users and the location of the
football school, it was obtained through the application of the Haversine
Formula and Bubble Sort method. Through Haversine Formula will be obtained
the distance of the user and a soccer school then Bubble Sort will sort the
distance so that it can be known which soccer school is closest to the user's
position. It is expected that using LBS Augmented Reality, haversine formulas
and bubble sort can produce an android application that can find locations and
information about football schools in Payakumbuh.
