Abstract :
Evaluation of private tutors HITS Education Jakarta uses subjective assessments from the point of view of HITS Education Jakarta owners based on complaints obtained directly from students. The quality appraisal app for private tutors HITS Education is designed to show the values of each private tutor according to the criteria derived from student complaints. For the research stages use the Waterfall methodology. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is applied to the application to process the quality appraisal of private tutors. Application design using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The result is a view of the value of each private tutor based on each assessment criterion. With this application is expected to improve the quality of private tutors HITS Education and reduce complaints from students on teacher performance.
