Abstract :
The recruitment and selection process of prospective employees is the most
important process for companies to get quality employees needed by the
company to be able to develop and advance in the future. The current recruitment
process consists of personality tests and interview tests. The problem faced today
is the number of new recruits who cannot meet the company's targets during the
training process so that it requires longer training time which causes the
employee's release time into the project team to be longer. This happens because
there is no test that can measure the ability of prospective employees in the
recruitment process.
IST (Intelligenz Structure Test) is a method of measuring the level of intelligence
that can measure the level of intelligence of a person and is one of the popular
instruments that are often used to measure intelligence.
In this application design the author uses the UCD method (User Centered
Design). This method puts the user as the main reference in the application
making process. The aspects of user comfort are very important. The results of
this study are that the existence of this application will help companies to measure
the level of intelligence of prospective employees who will be recruited in the
recruitment process.
