Abstract :
Lecture scheduling in the beginning of the semester is done regularly by BAA STT-PLN. The schedule is given to BAA staff from all departments in STT-PLN to get the room according to the schedule given. Performing scheduling by manual will certainly take a long time. In addition, there are still many lectures that clashed at the beginning of the lecture took place. On lending the room by the lecturer for the replacement lecture is required to report to the department to request the available of the room. From the department, must report to BAA to check the available room. Research is done to help BAA staff to find room for lecture schedule and help lecturer to find room for replacement class. In the process of searching the room using B-tree algorithm that is implemented on the website application to set the room and the android app for lending the room. The lecturer and admin will get notice use push notification. In the process of storing and retrieving data utilizing Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). In addition to data storage, FCM is used as a means to send notifications for lending and schedule validation. The results of this study stated that the application of websites and mobile applications can help BAA staff and lecturers to efficient time to find a room for scheduling and lending the room and can avoid the occurrence of clashing in the schedule and borrow the room.
