Abstract :
The assessment of contract employee performance at Kemenko PMK is
still carried out manually and also does not have an assessment standardization.
Therefore, in this research will be developed the process of performance
appraisal of contract employee with the title of research "Design of Application of
Performance Appraisal of Contract Employees with WEB-Based AHP Method
(Case Study: KEMENKO PMK)" with the formulation of problem how to design
application performance appraisal of contract employee as determination of
extension contract period. With performance assessment criteria, namely
Discipline, Integrity, Service Orientation, Commitment and Cooperation. The
purpose of this study is to facilitate the process of evaluating the performance of
contract employees and shorten the process stages in the assessment. In this
study the authors use AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, for application
design using UML (Unfied Modeling Language) and testing application using
Black Boxes, besides in database design using Mysqli. From the results of this
study can be concluded that the appraisal performance appraisal employee
contracts can help the employee in giving the report the results of the assessment
so much easier in determining the appropriate contract employees extended their
working period.
