Abstract :
In the current era of globalization, it greatly affects human life and so does the main role in globalization is humanity itself. In the process of learning at school, you will certainly study geographic lessons, wherein the learning will discuss about the warming of globalization and the impact of globalisation. Thus reminded all students to reduce the population that causes global warming. In connection with this, there needs to be adequate education and training for students. Therefore, the merging of learning media using AR-based 3D (Augmented Reality) is carried out which combines the Impact of Global Warming with AR-based 3D (Augmanted Reality) subjects to further facilitate the teaching and learning process. Utilization of educational media using Augmented Reality can stimulate the mindset of students in thinking critically about something that has problems in everyday life. Learning Media AR can visualize abstract concepts for understanding and structure of an object model that allows AR as a more effective media in accordance with the objectives of the learning media. To facilitate the learning process from the Impact of Global Warming, the use of methods in making applications also greatly affects the implementation of applications. Multimedia development is a method that is deemed appropriate for making and designing applications at this writing. Where this method will be very helpful in concept making, designing, collecting materials, making, experimenting, and distributing. In this thesis, an AR (Augmanted Reality) based 3D image will be displayed from the Impact of Global Warming to facilitate the learning and teaching process. It is expected that with this 3D media it will be very helpful in the introduction and learning process on the Impact of Global Warming that has not previously been seen and implemented.
