Abstract :
Overtime work is one part of the project work plan intended to complete a production process that is not possible to be accomplished in a normal shift working day. At PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus is still using the paper form method that is still considered conventional in the application submission process overtime employees because it raises the potential of not arriving form to the boss and Human Resources Development (HRD) company. In addition the method of calculating the overtime wage is also still using the existing formula in Microsoft Excel and allows the occurrence of human error in the process of input overtime data. Along with the current technological developments then the authors do the design and development of PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus employee overtime calculations web-based application where this application will facilitate employees in the submissions of overtime process to recapitulate overtime wages quickly and accurately. The method used in the making of this application is spiral model of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Then the application is tested using ISO / IEC 9126-1 to get the feedback or feasibility level, with the test divided into 6 (six) main characteristics of Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency, Portability, Maintainability obtained reliability analysis results of 91.7%, this system belongs to very good category. The conclusion obtained is this application allows employees in the application process submission overtime, facilitate supervisors and managers in making overtime approval and facilitate the HRD team of PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus in calculating the recapitulation of employees' overtime wages.
