Abstract :
A media is needed to show the results of the calculation of the sentiment analysis
of public opinion about how much satisfaction of consumer about Jabodetabek?s electric
train services, thus generating information data that is worth the percentage of customer
satisfaction. In this study, the text mining method was used to collect public comment
data on twitter media about the quality of Jabodetabek?s electric train services. To
analyze the sentiments contained in a public opinion that has been collected from the
twitter media, the Vector Space Model algorithm is used to classify the community
comment data that has been collected. So as to produce data and comparison to the
quality of service of Jabodetabek?s electric trains.
