Abstract :
College libraries not only provide books but also provide seating facilities
for students reading books. High and large bookshelves make it difficult for
students to pick up a book that is very far away and cannot be reached by him.
In this study a tool has been produced to retrieve books that are inaccessible to
students. The method used is the Prototype method to find out that this tool has
been able to move well and can be used by students. The Prototype method is
to determine the use and benefits of students who want to take books in difficult
to reach positions. The device is ordered by the Keypad and the Stepper Motor
will move which is given a power supply from the Power Supply. The final result
of this study is a Prototype of Book Taking Tool Using Arduino Mega-Based
Robot Arm.
