Abstract :
Materials are an important part in a company. The availability of approp riate materials will be able to improve the performance of the company so as to increase the level of customer satisfaction. To PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pelaksana Pemeliharaan Duri Kosambi, the availability of mate rials will affect its ability to supply electricity to customers. The high demand for the materials in PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pelaksana Pemeliharaan Duri Kosambi was not matched by an addequate stock of inventory causing frequent stock out in the warehouse. PT. PLN (Persero) APP Duri Kosambi doesn?t have any appropriate methods for inventory management such as: safety stock, and when the reorder point must be made. In addition, in terms of recording stock goods in and out of the warehouse, is still done manually. The purpose of this paper is to designing applications inventory management methods and facilitate activities of the company in conducting procurement activities and expenditures from the warehouse and people can easily get information about the purchase of material using the via line. The calculation starts from the next determine the safety stock, and Re-Order Point (ROP). Followed by designing a web-based system with the implementation of the object oriented in the form of use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram. The result of this study produce a web application that involves employees to process goods data and the results of the reorder point of recalculating the point on the power cable of 480 meters ordered and botline connected to the website so that it can provide information to other divisions.
