Abstract :
In order for the transformer construction to be at a point that is in
accordance with the density of the surrounding buildings, it is necessary to
make an application for the prediction of transformer construction which aims to
provide options to users in this case the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) to
determine the location of transformer construction. Other features in this
application users can use the Data Analysis menu to process location data that
is in the database to then display the clustering results, users can also manage
location data that is in the location data manage menu. Making the transformer
development prediction application was made using the K-Means method as a
method to cluster existing location coordinate data. Then the application is
tested using Black Box. The result of this research is an application that can
automate cluster point clustering which will later get the midpoint which will later
become an option for users, namely employees of PT. PLN (Persero) in
determining transformer construction.
