Abstract :
Inventory management system of goods and sales at Resto Coto Makassar at this moment is still carried out manually, thus still often occur error causing losses on certain conditions such as at the time of the sale decreases excessive stocked items are then going to expire and if the condition the sales increase we will lack and out of stock so that affect customer satisfaction. This research aims to apply the methods of simulation of carlo to assist in meramlkan the number of stock items and sales. This method uses random numbers to make the calculation. From the results of testing the application obtained results forecasting that not everything is the same as the real data because it uses random numbers each doing the calculation. Accuracy of forecasting results of the difference with the real data is 2 rmse. The fewer the number of good eating increasingly rmse accuracy rate of the application.
