Abstract :
Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS Health Care) is a national health insurance for Indonesia?s Society. The facilities provided by BPJS Health are getting better day by day. Aim to make it simplify the health services we need an application that can help BPJS Health Care member in order to changes their health facilities. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to support main equipment that is functional hierarchy whose main input is human perception and Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is used for decision support methods based on the best alternative concepts not only has shortest distance from the ideal positive solution but also distance from the ideal negative solution which in this case give different results than expected. And the results obtained from the research with the AHP and TOPSIS methods can provide recommendations from the health facilities closest to the place of residence. Whereas 82% of these applications can accept the community well.
