Abstract :
This essay discusses the design of the Mrica Cooperative based data contract application using the benefit cost ratio method. The application aims to manage contract data between Cooperative Mrica with employers and able to generate information about the feasibility of the project. Contract data applications have features such as managing contracts, managing costs, managing revenue and benefit cost ratio (BCR) analysis. Benefit Cost Ratio is used to perform an existing contract data analysis into an information about the advisability of a contract based on the present value of a contract, the interest rate in the year of implementation and also the time of contract implementation. Design application data contract Cooperative Mrica using waterfall method as system designing software. Then the application tested using ISO / IEC 9126-1, with the test divided into 6 (six) main characteristics of Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency, Portability, Maintainability obtained reliability analysis results of 93.5% of this system belong to the category very well. So, the design of the Mrica Cooperative data application can be used to facilitate employees in managing contract data.
