Abstract :
Stock Opaname is the process of checking and calculation of inventory, this activity is done to know for sure and accurate about record bookkeeping. In PT Television Transformasi Indonesia (Transtv) the process of stock collection of hospital equipment is still using conventional way, there are many weaknesses so it is not easy in doing the data checking and searching the required data. From these problems, this study aims to design and build applications using QR Code that can be used to help the process of checking data and data collection so as to minimize the weaknesses of the system running. This app is created using the USDP (Unified Software Development Process) method controlled by the use case to capture functional requirements, the USDP method is used to guide and view from a user's point of view.
