Abstract :
At Diklat Vokasi Management academic still using direct meeting and also used spreadsheet to management data. That consume time too long and not effective and efficient. The Purpose of this research is design and develop an Information Academic system web based and to knowing quality of application accord with ISO 9126. This research using waterfall research methode and development. Functionality testing using checklist with respons by user candidate, usability testing using quisioner SUPR-Q with respondent Employment, Instructure and Student. Reliability testing using webserver stress tools, efficiency using Yslow and http://tools.pingdom.com, maintainability test when system as an error, and portability test is running an aplication in five web browsers. According testing and analysis, the result of this application is: design and Development Information Academic System web based is useful for user with category ?Very Good?. The application development using Model-ViewController Aprroach so developer easy to repair and maintenability. Aplication quality from portability aspect already ?Good? because this system can be running in different browser without an error
