Abstract :
Archive management is an important aspect in an organization, both business organizations and government agencies. Increasing a work volume of an agency, causing an increase in the number of archives generated. The increasing number of archives over time requires good handling so that the information contained within the archive can be found quickly and accurately. Manage the archives manually that has been done so far, has several weaknesses, among others: requires large space and storage, the risk of archival damage, and search time is time consuming. Therefore, to overcome some of these weaknesses need to find a solution. One solution that can be done is to design a web-based archive management application. The method used in the development of this system is the method of Cosine Smilarity.
