Abstract :
The field of Human Capital Development PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON + PT) is in charge of managing the data selection of prospective employees often get trouble in monitor data of prospective employees. This thesis discusses the architecture of the application E-helpdesk software engineering method with ICONIX Process which is derived from Agile methodology. This research aims to produce a web-based application that can support the needs of the field of Human Capital Development in data monitor prospective employees of the PT. Icon + as well as accommodate the data. This application is built using the PHP Programming Language and the shelter with the Mysql database. The features in the design of this application with the login access by Officer and the participants, data processing by the Officer, management of test schedules, lists of prospective employee benefits employees earned an apprenticeship. The results in the form of the data of monitoring the process of receipt of employee candidates, who have been through web-based applications system.
