Abstract :
In this study, Android mobile learning applications have been made for course of Algorithm and Programming in Sekolah Tinggi Teknik PLN. The features that exist in this system are: courses, set questions, add material, add tasks, organize the material, do the task. This android based mobile learning system was developed using waterfall development method. Stages of the process performed in the waterfall process is the analysis and needs required by the system, from the right results, the system will be designed by using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Testing of the android-based mobile learning system is done by black box method, and collect the system already used. This mobile learning system provides benefits and benefits in the process of formal lectures on campus that can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
