Abstract :
This study aims to build a system of business plan electricity supply (RUPTL) web-based that can be utilized by PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Jakarta Raya in managing asset data , main substations, relay substations, 150 kv and transmission and project data on the development of substations, trafo and RUPTL Applications based on android for information and supervision by corporate managerial level. In this research, system development is done by using Scrum method which includes activities such as making product backlog, sprint planning, daily Scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospective. The development of this application using PHP, MySQL, Android Studio. Testing is done to know functionality of each feature runs well, this test using black box, Based on this research, a web-based power supply plan (RUPTL) can help manage all asset data and electricity projects in the Jakarta area well, and RUPTL mobile apps can help provide information to the company's managerial level in monitoring and updating any project progress.
