Abstract :
The management of system of teacher at the school has not been integrated via data base, that is still by manual student?s and teacher?s data on archive book.This school requires a web-based information teacher system to assist data collection and search of students and employees more effectively and efficiently. Design of this application is the authors make an approach using the Waterfall method. This method provides systematic and sequential approaches to the development of information systems. Teacher Information System on SMP N 2 Bangun Purba ? based web is designed using PHP and MySQL.
