Abstract :
PT Sugih thanks is a company engaged in goods and services, in the process of finding goods and services in a request by the relevant department in accordance with the needs of goods, where there is a form filled (form of purchase of goods and services) submitted to purchasing for purchase. After the goods are purchased, they are given the warehouse to be recorded and if the relevant department wants to use the goods, filling the goods collection form into the warehouse, the documents are in the form of elevator spare parts and office stationery. at PT Sugih thanks to still conventional using Microsoft Excel, so this certainly provides a problem where the data items every time will increase and when it will be searched again at a time it requires a relatively long time and is not necessarily accurate and also valid
