Abstract :
The marketing strategy is affecting the success factors in housing sales. Mixed
reality technology can help businesses in residential sales market the product by
way of developing the technology of VR and AR. the combination of these
technologies allows the incorporation in real-time. Research carried out using the
method of Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Designing applications
using STD, flowchart, interfaces, as well as storyboards, with testing done using
UAT to know the passage of appropriate application scenarios that have been
made and how success is achieved appropriate rating come by. Based on the
above explanation, then the results from these applications can provide
information efficiently to potential consumers in realtime.
