Abstract :
In order to realize the results of the education and training implementation that can meet the needs in tackling business issues and meeting management expectations related to performance along with the complexity of the Udiklat Jakarta business process, the company must have the right strategy in handling every need by utilizing available resources. The purpose of this study is to build an information system design that will handle the preparation of the Rendiklat and integrated with each Section and can support the completeness of the Maturity Level so that it can meet the needs that are useful for improving the performance of the Jakarta Udiklat. The research stage is done by identifying the services that are the solution, collecting the data needed in designing the system by understanding the activities procedures. The concept of engineering system development devices uses the RAD and UML methods as design tools. The results of this study are a web-based integrated Rendiklat Information System that can be used in the management of planning and evaluating the implementation of education and training.
