Abstract :
The risk to a project is almost inevitable. Therefore, risk management on a
project is needed. Risk management in a project is a process of risk identification,
risk analysis, and making solutions to handle such risks. In this study, it will be
examined about risk factors that occur in the Yetti-Ubrub-Yambra-Towe Hitam
Road Preservation Project, Keerom, Papua. The research method used is
qualitative descriptive analysis through interviews and quantitative descriptive
analysis through calculations using SPSS 22 application. From data analysis, risk
factors in the Yetti-Ubrub-Yambra-Towe Hitam Road Preservation Project,
Keerom, Papua are political factors, environmental factors, economic factors,
financial factors, natural factors, project factors, labor factors, technical factors,
criminal factors, and safety factors. The highest risk factor is an environmental
factor with a mean value of 3.77 which indicates that it is the most common risk
factor in the project.
