Abstract :
Indonesia has a fairly rapid infrastructure development such as buildings,
housing, and roads, which can be found in almost every city. The rapid growth
must be accompanied by the availability of many construction materials, one of
which is for concrete. To reduce the use of cement and gravel, this study utilizes
waste concrete tile and fly ash to be used as a substitute for coarse aggregate
and cement. The variation used in this study is concrete tile waste 25% of the
amount of coarse aggregate and fly ash as much as 0%, 15%, 30%, and 45% of
the amount of cement and is planned in accordance with SNI 7656-2012, with a
slump of 75-100 mm. The parameters of this test are compressive strength, slump
test, and concrete absorption. For testing the compressive strength at the age of
7 days, 14 days, and 28 days, while the absorption test was carried out on day
28. The results showed that the optimum compressive strength value was found
in the variation of concrete tile waste 25% from the amount of coarse aggregate
and fly ash. 30%of the amount of fine aggregate that is 26.233 MPa at the age
of 28 days with an absorption value of 3.537% and avalue slump of 8.9 cm. The
lowest compressive strength is found in the variation of concrete tile waste 25%
from the amount of coarse aggregate and fly ash 45%from the amount of fine
aggregate, which is 22.93 MPa with an absorption value of 3.329% and avalue
slump of 8.6 cm.
