Abstract :
Construction project activity is an activity that lasts for a limited period of time and is allocated a certain resource. Construction waste is a waste that will not increase the value of the final product, waste of materials at the project site, purchase of excessive materials and excessive labor that can result in waste construction time. The purpose of these observations to determine a waste of time(wastetime)on field work on the project as well as to determine the normal time and standard time standard based onwork. value stream mapping. Factors wasting time (waste time) in column work can be caused by workers and equipment. Meanwhile, the standard time to carry out the actual work is obtained from the calculation, namely the column work is about 921 minutes assuming 8 hours of work time per day, the normal implementation of column work is 2 days. The wastage of time (waste time) obtained based on the value stream mapping on column work was 18%.
