Abstract :
Currently, the progress of construction development technology is
experiencing developments both from the processing of concrete mixture
materials, casting equipment, and casting methods. In the processing of concrete
mixing, there are several manufacturing methods such as the site mix method,
namely the method of mixing concrete on site, and the ready mix method, namely
the mixing of concrete carried out at the Batching Plant. The purpose of this study
was to determine the productivity and effectiveness of the foundry using the
ready mix and site mix methods in the SUTET Tower foundation casting process.
From the analysis, it is obtained that the productivity of the cast leg tower work
with a volume of 48.90 m with the ready mix method is 15.60 m/hour while the
site mix is 3.3 m/hour. The effectiveness value obtained with the ready mix is
0.28, while the site mix effectiveness value is 2.18
