Abstract :
Asphalt content is one of the most important factors to be considered to achieve
the maximum life of a road. The method used in this research is extraction, reflux
AMP test objects. Reflux is a mixture of asphalt which is dissolved with Three
Chloro Ethelyn (TCE) asphalt solvent by means of clear washing, so that the
asphalt material and aggregate are separated. Results Based on the comparison
study of asphalt content extracted using 8 samples of AMP. From the results of the
AMP asphalt content extraction test, the asphalt value is decreasing. From these
results the average AC-BC asphalt content is 5.49% while the job mix formula
data is 5.62% and the average AC-WC asphalt content is 5 ,88 %,% while the job
mix formula data is 6.05%. And for the results of the AC-BC and AC-WC filter
analysis tests, they still meet the 2018 revision 2 of the Bina Marga specification,
which is between the upper and lower limits.
