Abstract :
In the precast and conventional staircase work on the Tokyo Riverside Apartment
project, there are differences in terms of cost and time. In this study, the cost
analysis refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public
Housing Number 28 / PRT / M / 2016 Year 2016 and the duration of the work is
obtained based on the results of interviews from several experts in the field. The
total cost of conventional stair work is Rp. 123,675,823.73 and the time required
for conventional ladder work is 70 days. The total cost of precast ladder work is
Rp. 122.835.951,48 and the time required for precast ladder work is 42 days.
The difference in total cost between conventional ladder work and precast ladder
work is Rp. 839.872,25, while the time difference between the two is 28 days.
That way the precast ladder work is more efficient and effective in terms of cost
and time when compared to conventional ladder work.
