Abstract :
Health and safety are essential to care for, as in reality there are both workers
and project administrators who ignore the rule of K3. The study focused on
knowing the possible risk of a work accident on the work of floor plates and
beams. The purpose of this study is to know the risks of the work accidents that
can occur in floor and block work, to know the risks of extreme and their causes
and effects, to know risk factors in low, moderate, high and extreme categories
and efforts made to avoid causes and reduce the effects of extreme risk. To know
the causes, effects and efforts made are analyzed using bowtie's methods. As a
result of this study, there are two "low" risk factors, 19 "moderate" risk rates, 25
"high" risk and 1 "extreme" risk possibilities. One possible extreme risk is that
workers fall from heights caused by workers lose focus, no safety equipment on
the job site, and workers neglect the complete use of APD. The impact is that
workers suffer minor injuries, major injuries, and death. Efforts were made to
arrange working hours, install safety devices at work locations, and perform K3
inspections.
