Abstract :
The Increasing economic growth causes the mobility of people or vehicles to increase, which lead to a decrease in road performance because traffic activity exceeds the road capacity. Road of Wibawa Mukti II - Bekasi is an arterial road that has narrow road conditions due to changes in land use and access to the Jatiasih toll gate that it is necessary to test the capacity of the Wibawa Mukti II - Bekasi road using the 2014 PKJI method. ,the goal of this research is to know the capacity, the degree of saturation and the level of service of the Wibawa Mukti II ? Bekasi authority road. Data collection was carried out directly during peak hours in the morning (06.00 ? 09.00 WIB) and in the afternoon (16.00 ? 19.00 WIB). Processing and analyzing data using the 2014 PKJI method which shows a capacity value of 2422.08 cur/hour, the saturation degree value of 0,86 and the road service level of (E) which show that an unstable traffic flow, sometimes vehicles suddenly stop accelerating.
