Abstract :
In the development of construction projects in Indonesia, the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is still not good enough yet. One of the efforts in dealing with work accidents is to apply laws and regulations. The legal basis applied by the law on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) are: Law No. 1/1970 about safety work and law no. 23/1992 about occupational health. The purpose of this research is to find out the risk level, know the implementation of procedures and identify the risk factors of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in the Yogyakarta International Airport railway project. Based on the results of data processing and analysis through the risk level matrix, on the Yogyakarta International Airport railway project is still in LOW category/with a percentage of 0% ( Zero Accidents), due to the type of accident, there is no injury/illness, the workers can return to work immediately or be handled directly by HSE?sresponsible person in the field. The application of HSE on the Yogyakarta International Airport railway project is quite good and use good practices with signs and health checks. Factors that have the greatest influence or contribution to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) are very strong in their application.
