Abstract :
A geopolymer mortar is a mortar whose composition consists of fly ash, sand
and activator. This study aims to find out the strong value of press, absorption
and initial setting time by replacing some fly ash and sand by using rice husk ash
(ASP) and stone ash (AB). Comparison of fly ash with sand 1:3 and NaOH
concentration level of 8M with ratio ratio of NaOH / Na2SiO3 of 1: 2.5. The
variations used in this study are variation 1 (0% ASP and AB 0%), variation 2
(7.5% ASP and AB 0%), variation 3 (7.5% ASP and AB 20%), variation 4 (7.5%
ASP and AB 40%), variation 5 (7.5% ASP and AB 60%), variety 5 (7.5% ASP
and AB 60%), ). Strong value yield press age 7 consecutive days of 8.06 MPa;
8,2 MPa; 8 MPa; 6,4 MPa; 4.67 MPa and at 28 days of age of 21 MPa; 21,4
MPa; 14.53 MPa; 11,13 MPa; 10 MPa. The initial tie time in a row of 45
minutes; 75 minutes; 60 minutes; 60 minutes; 60 minutes. Consecutive
absorption values of 1.57%, 1.16%, 2.33%, 2.44%; 2,49%. The optimal
compressive strong value in the second variation with variable 7.5% rice husk
ash and 0% stone ash is 21.4 MPa. Initial setting time is the longest on the second
variation for 75 minutes. And the lowest absorption value in the second varisai
is 1.57%.
