Abstract :
Labor productivity is needed to support the success of a project where
productivity is the number of jobs that can be achieved by the workforce per
day. The amount of productivity can be seen from the number of jobs divided
by the time required by the workforce to complete the work. One of the factors
that affect the amount of work productivity is the number of workers, but the
number of workers needs to be limited according to the quantity of work and
the cost of the project work. In this study, there were three types of column
work observed, namely reinforcement work, formwork work, and casting work.
Productivity value in reinforcement work is 3201 kg/person/day with an
average productivity of 800.215 kg/person/day, productivity value in formwork
work is 54.17 m2/person/day with an average productivity of 13.54 m2/
person/day, the productivity value in foundry work is 15,076 m3/person/day
with an average productivity of 3,769 m3/person/day. The time needed to
complete the Reinforcement work is 24 days with a total cost of Rp.
232.370,000 for 26 days of field implementation at a cost of Rp. 275.148,000.
The formwork installation work based on the plan takes 25 days, the total cost
is Rp. 306.063,000 for 27 days in the field, the cost is Rp. 288.474.00 and the
Casting Work according to the plan takes 23 days, the total cost is Rp.
221.844,000 with the implementation time in the field 20 day using a fee of
Rp 203.7200,000
