Abstract :
Construction project delay is a condition where there is an increase in
construction execution time from the targeted time. In this study, the authors
evaluate the delay in the construction of the transmission tower on the 150kV
High Voltage Air Line Project (SUTT) Tangerang Baru II ? Incomer (Balaraja ?
Suvarna Sutera). In this study the author has the goal of knowing the main factors
causing delays in this project.
The research method used by the author is the Relative Ranking Index (RRI)
method. The RRI method is carried out by ranking the factors that have the
highest number of responses so that the factor that gets the highest score is the
main factor in the delay in the construction project of the 150kV SUTT
transmission tower, Tangerang Baru II - Incomer (Balaraja ? Suvarna Sutera).
Of the eleven main factors causing delays, there are 3 main factors that have the
most influence on the 150kV Tangerang Baru II ? Incomer SUTT project
(Balaraja ? Suvarna Sutera), namely: (1) equipment factor with a weight of
0.613; (2) the situation factor with a weight of 0.493; and (3) managerial factors
with a weight of 0.487.
