Abstract :
Concrete is the most frequently used building construction in Indonesia. More
than 60% of construction projects in Indonesia use concrete. The composition
of concrete making materials using basic materials such as coarse aggregate,
fine aggregate, cement and water. To reduce the use of sand and gravel, this
study utilizes waste concrete and bottom ash to be used as a substitute for
aggregate. The variation used in this study is 30% concrete waste from the
amount of coarse aggregate and bottom ash as much as 0%, 15%, 30%, and
45% of the total fine aggregate and is planned in accordance with SNI 7656-
2012, with a slump of 75-100 mm. The test parameters were compressive
strength, slump test, absorption of concrete, for testing the compressive strength
at the age of 7 days, 14 days, and 28 days, while the absorption test was carried
out on day 28. The results showed that the optimum compressive strength value
was found in the variation of waste concrete. 30% of the amount of coarse
aggregate and bottom ash 30%of the amount of fine aggregate is 27.177 MPa at
the age of 28 days with an absorption value of 3.581% and avalue slump of
8.80 cm. The lowest compressive strength is found in normal concrete of 25.01
MPa with an absorption value of 4.493% and avalue slump of 9.8 cm.
