Abstract :
In the construction of the main bridge at the Soekarno-Hatta Airport
Accessibility Project using one of the heavy equipment, namely a formtraveller
(moving scaffold) using the balanced cantilever method. The purpose of this
study is to determine the value of the plan and the realization of productivity
and to determine the total time and cost of the realization of the formtraveller
work in the construction of the box girder bridge structure with the balance
cantilever method. The occurrence of a discrepancy between the productivity of
the plan and realization, the authors feel the need to review and analyze in order
to find out the comparison of the productivity of the plan and the realization of
the use of Formtraveller heavy equipment with the Balance Cantilever box
girder Method in the Advanced Accessibility Project of Soekarno-Hatta
Airport. Calculation analysis is carried out by calculating the volume of
formtraveller work, calculating production capacity, calculating duration and
calculating implementation costs so that the total time and cost of realizing
formtraveller work obtained for completing the work of 1 box girder segment is
12 days with a total cost of Rp. 208,326,636,- /segment, with the productive
value of the formtraveller work plan that is 37.5% and the realized productive
value of the formtraveller work that is 16.67%.
