Abstract :
The implementation of construction, especially the main bridge, cannot be
separated from uncertain risks. To deal with this uncertainty, prevention can be
done through risk management. The purpose of this study is to identify possible
risk factors, dominant risk factors and actions that can be taken to minimize risks
that may occur during the construction of the main bridge of the Soekarno - Hatta
International Airport Accessibility Work Advanced Project which affects time.
This research uses descriptive quantitative methods where data collection is
carried out from various literatures which are then validated by experts for
variable determination, questionnaire distribution, validity and reliability testing
with SPSS version 26 software. Risk analysis using the Analytical Hierarchy
Process (AHP) method aims to determine risk rating or ranking and risk level.
Based on the results of the study, there are 3 (three) dominant risk factors
including X25 delay in the payment process by the owner with an FR value of
0,769, X11 the occurrence of additional work with an FR value of 0,733 and X24
financial availability during implementation with an FR value of 0,732. From the
results of the dominant risk factors, preventive and corrective actions can be
taken to minimize risk factors that affect the time of the main bridge construction
implementation.
