Abstract :
During the implementation of construction projects, currently
progressing very rapidly is marked by the presence of innovations in modern
materials and equipment, one of which is formwork work. Formwork is a
temporary mold that is used to hold concrete as long as the concrete is poured
and shaped according to the desired shape. Because it functions as a temporary
mold, the formwork will be released or dismantled when the poured concrete has
reached sufficient strength. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the
cost, time and quality comparison in the implementation of semi system
formwork, climbing system, and conventional formwork in core wall formwork
work. Which means that it will produce information regarding the comparative
analysis of the use of formwork semi systems, climbing systems, with
conventional formwork on core wall work as a comparison of the use of
formwork. Comparison of formwork use. The results of this study indicate that
the cost of conventional formwork is Rp. 134,571,924,7 while the semi system
formwork is Rp. 6,830,730,96 and climbing system formwork of Rp
6,434,125.30, which saves 5,81% more than the cost of conventional formwork
and semi systems. As for the implementation time of semi system formwork,
climbing system and conventional formwork it takes 24 days, but climbing
system formwork only requires 2 formwork with 12 return periods of use while
semi system formwork requires 3 formwork with 8 return periods and
conventional formwork requires 12 formwork with 2 re-use periods for 8 points
of core wall formwork. And based on the analysis of the quality of
implementation, the results of the concrete finish of the climbing formwork
system are better and the semi system formwork is quite good than conventional
formwork. This will make the cost of implementing the concrete to be maintained
in value and make the execution time of the concrete faster.
