Abstract :
On the low voltage network is an end point of the distribution of electricity from plants to consumers, so that the portrait service can be seen from the quality of voltage and level of reliability of the low voltage side. If the voltage on the low voltage side are in accordance with PLN standards it can be said that the quality of the system voltage is good. But in reality many still find some areas which still has a falling voltage on the low voltage side which makes customer can only enjoy the electricity with a voltage less than 231 Volt and of course the problems of the voltage drop across this was very detrimental to customers because it can damage the electrical equipment owned by the customer. To cope with the fall in this voltage then perform the addition of the transformer inserts are used so that the voltage at the consumers in accordance with SPLN 1 1995 i.e. 231 Volts (+ 5%, -10%). From the results of the calculation of the voltage drop and running the ETAP at the time of peak load on the substation pole B4-F/116 the obtained value of the voltage drop on the calculation of of 15.47% and the results of running the ETAP by of 88.3% this value already exceeds the standard PLN. In addition, on the substation pole B4-F/116 this transformer used transformer loading 202,7% should the transformer be burdened only 80%. Efforts to fix the voltage drop on the substation pole B4-F/116 is the rupture load and the addition of a transformer. The voltage drop that occurs after the improvement of the voltage with the rupture load and the addition of transformers amounting to 93,5%. The voltage drop that new already comply with the standard and transformer used loading is already below 80%.
