Abstract :
Developments in the construction industry in Indonesia continue to grow every year causing more and more construction companies in Indonesia to be able to win the competition. Therefore, construction planners also continue to make developments on the method of implementing a construction. Developments in the method of implementing a construction are aimed at achieving the most economical possible cost and high quality in order to be competitive by reducing the duration of execution time, and also reducing the amount of labor used. In this study, a comparison of conventional floor and work methods will be carried half slab in the Apartment Development Project Tokyo Riverside out in terms of time and cost. In this study, the cost analysis refers to SNI ? 7832 ? 2017 and analysis of calculations from data in the field. The results of a comparative analysis of two working methods half slab of conventional and obtained results for method the half slab execution takes 55.57 days at a cost of Rp5.816.499.551 whereas conventional implementation takes 58.34 days and cost Rp7.989.274.360.
