Abstract :
In a construction project, it is very rare that what is planned will go as
desired. The purpose of this research is to determine the acceleration of time
and costs that can be minimized in the Taman Ismail Marzuki Revitalization
Project Phase 1. Based on the realization report until the 38th week or 266
working days it only reached 52% while the planned percentage was 72%, so
there was a deviation between the plan and realization. As a result, the work
was delayed which was originally planned to be completed within 366 days to
439 days. To speed up the completion time of the 10th floor structure work so
that there are no delays, this study uses the fast track method and crash
program and then compares the results. From the cost aspect, using the fast
track method requires a cost of Rp. 3,876,214,931, while the crash program
method requires a cost of Rp. 3,900,561,400.27. Both methods are able to
reduce costs due to project delays of Rp. 3,945,103,682.64. In terms of cost, the
fast track method is cheaper, but has a greater risk because if one of jobs on
the critical path experiences delays, it will affect other jobs.
