Abstract :
Problems in development are increasingly complex. One of the problems is
regarding K3, it is the main cause in the implementation of construction project
development, where everything greatly affects the severity of work accidents that
can occur. According to HWHeinrich's Domino theory, 88% of accidents are
caused by human negligence, 10% are caused by dangerous situations or
dangerous conditions, and 2% are caused by undetermined causes such as
(destiny, fate, etc.). According to the ILO (International Labor Organization)
?The workforce who died was 335,000 people/year. The incidence of CAD is 160
million cases annually. The HIRADCmethod (Hazard Identification, Risk
Assessment, and Determining Control) is an option used to identify work
accidents with risk assessment. The factors assessed in the HIRADC method
areprobabilityand the impact of the hazard (consequence/severity). The purpose
of this study is to analyze HIRADC in the Alam Sutera SkyHouse Project
(Ironworks and Foundry Works). This study uses the interview method as
qualitative data. Based on the results of the study, there were 6 risks of iron
hazards and 14 risks of casting hazards. Efforts to determine control in iron work
there are 6 risk controls, using personal protective equipment to control the main
risks. While in foundry work there are 14 risk controls using personal protective
equipment and safety belts are the most important risk control.
