Abstract :
The application of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards is important in the running of a
construction project. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, many construction projects have to
work extra in an effort to implement Occupational Safety and Health (K3). The implementation is
carried out because Occupational Safety and Health is a basic right of workers, so every worker
must feel safe and comfortable when in the workplace. The focus of this research will be on the
implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards in the Genomic Laboratory
Building Project during the pandemic. The K3 standard used in the Lipi Genomic Laboratory
Building Project is the Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series 18001 (OHSAS 18001).
The data collection method used is primary data obtained from direct field observations and
secondary data obtained from companies. Filling out the questionnaire is one of the collection
techniques by giving written questions to workers, after the data is obtained it is then processed
using the SPSS version 21 program. The application of K3 standards in the Lipi Cibinong Genomic
Laboratory Building project includes regular swab tests, limiting project entry access, facilities
health on project etc. After the data is processed, the results of the application of the K3 standard
are 89.22% and fall into the fairly good category. The most influential factor in the application of
K3 is the worker involvement factor with a weight of 90.90%, while the weakest factor is
Occupational Safety and Health Procedures (K3) with a weight of 87.39%.
