Abstract :
Asphalt Concrete (Laston) is a mixture consisting of asphalt as a binder and
aggregate as a filler, where the aggregate fills almost 90-95% of the asphalt
concrete mixture. Concrete asphalt layer (Laston) is a layer on highway
construction consisting of a mixture of hard asphalt and aggregate
consisting of a mixture of hard asphalt and aggregate which is continuously
graded, mixed, spread, and compacted in a hot state at a certain temperature.
The asphalt concrete layer serves to obtain a surface layer or an intermediate
layer on the road pavement and is able to provide a certain carrying capacity,
it also functions as a waterproof layer which is used to protect the
construction below it. , good structural value, high stability. But for stability
ranging from 0% to 25% different percentages, you have to use the Marshall
method to get the desired stability value, this Marshall method has several
tests that function to find the value of density, stability, VIM, VMA VFB,
Marshall Quotient, flow after that only then the desired stability value can
be drawn, it can be concluded that the more borepile waste is added, the
higher the marshall test value
