Abstract :
Analysis of Time and Cost Of Formwork slab And Beam Using Aluminum Formwork and Aluma System Flying Table On Sky House Alam Sutera Apartment Project. This study reviewed the work of floor plate and beam formwork based on the method of work, cost comparison and comparison of execution time in the field. This cost comparison is based on AHSP 2019 in Tangerang, Tangerang, obtained the result that the costs incurred when using formwork Alumunium Formwork amounted to Rp. 1,073,424,275 for 5 floors, while formwork Aluma System Flying Table requires a fee of Rp. 1,197,351,000 for the difference in costs of Rp. 123,926,725,-.. So it can be concluded that formwork Aluma System Flying Table is more expensive compared to Aluminum Formwork. However, in terms of comparison of formwork time Aluminum Formwork takes 7 days for installation while Aluma System Flying Table only 6 days. So it is concluded that in terms of time formwork Aluma System Flying Table faster compared to Aluminum Formwork.
