Abstract :
Raft foundation is one of the foundations that is often used in the construction of high-rise buildings. Usually raft foundations are used in soft soil conditions. In the implementation of construction projects, the results of the work will be influenced by the effectiveness of human resources or can be called labor. To measure effectiveness, work sampling is one method that can be used to measure effectiveness on workers. This research is entitled "Analysis of the effectiveness of workers on the Raft foundation casting work with the Work sampling method in the Tokyo riverside apartment project Tower 8 Zone 4 - PIK 2 Tangerang, Banten". The value of the effectiveness of the workforce can be seen from the effective work and the measure for effectiveness in this study is the value of the Labor Utilization Rate (LUR). The results of the analysis for the value of the Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) in the Raft Foundation foundry work are 48.71% and the proportion to effective activities is 39.75%, contributory 35.85%, ineffective 24.38%. These results indicate that the utilization of labor used in this project is effective.
