Abstract :
In the 2018-2027 Electricity Supply Business Plan, addition of power plants for 10 years is planned to reach a total of 56,024 gigawatts.The addition of the power plant consists of energy mix,one of which is 23% new renewable energy,which must be achieved by the end of 2025. The realization for renewable energy until the end of 2021 is 13.5%, need 10,1% to achieve the target of 23%. To meet target which has a share of 23%,its necessary to make comprehensive efforts from side of energy sources,supply chains,efficient models so that can meet the target. This study aims to obtain clustering result from waste composition data and identify and analyze the use of Fuzzy C-Means in calculation of clusterization.In this research,writer uses the Fuzzy C-Means and uses the waste composition data.From calculation process carried out,results obtained where in the 1st cluster there are 55 cities,in the 2nd cluster there are 83 cities,in the 3rd cluster there are 149 cities.The test results with PCI Partition Coefficient Index obtained a fairly large validation value (close to 1) which means the quality of the cluster obtained is getting better. The result of the evaluation of the partition coefficient index with 3 clusters is 0.536309211.
