Abstract :
Pondok Pesantren & SMP Ihsan Cerdas Mandiri, also known as ICM Pesantren Preneur or Pesantren Entrepreneur, is a school-based Islamic Educational Institution (Pondok Pesantren), which is equipped with various educational/entrepreneurial activities. Established since 2013 in the Serang City area on an area of more than 10,000 M2, with complete legal aspects. In the case of Marketing for the Ihsan Cerdas Mandiri Islamic Boarding School & Middle School, the solution that can be offered is the use of the AHP (Analytical Hiearchy Process) method. To solve a complex unstructured situation into several components in a hierarchical arrangement, by giving it a subjective value of the relative importance of each variable, and determining which variable has the highest priority in order to affect the outcome of the situation and will produce a weighted value that has been determined. processed by the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. This marketing decision support system software at Pondok Pesantren & SMP Ihsan Cerdas Mandiri processes and analyzes data on sales of livestock products in a period by using AHP to obtain recommendations for livestock with the highest possible sales in the next sales period. This system itself uses seven main criteria in the calculation process, namely Price, Sales, Production, Maintenance, Feed, Cages, and Waste. With the decision support system at Pondok Pesantren & SMP Ihsan Cerdas Mandiri, it can make it easier for marketing managers to make decisions about sales in the future.
